God with me…

My life when God watches over me
God is always with me
and gives me light as I walk through the darkness.
These are the days when I am prosperous,
and the friendship of God protects my home.
Almighty God is with me,
and I am surrounded by all my children.
My cows and goats give plenty of milk,
and my olive trees grow in the rockiest soil.
Whenever the city elders meet
and I take my place amongst them,
young men step aside as soon as they see me,
and old men stand up to show me respect.
The leaders of the people stop talking;
even the most important men keep silent.
Everyone who see me or hear of me
have good things to say about what I do and have done.
When the poor cry out, I help them;
I give help to orphans who have nowhere to turn.
People who were in deepest misery praise me,
and I help widows find security.
I always act justly and fairly.
I am eyes for the blind,
and feet for the lame.
I am like a mother to the poor
and take the side of strangers in trouble.
I destroy the power of cruel men
and rescue their victims.
I always expect to live a long life
and to die at home in comfort.
I am like a tree whose roots always have water
and whose branches are wet with dew.
Everyone is always praising me,
and my strength never fails me.
When I give advice, people are silent
and listen carefully to what I say;
they have nothing to add when I finish.
My words sink in like drops of rain;
everyone welcomes them
just as farmers welcome rain in spring.
I smile on them when they lost confidence;
my cheerful face encourage them.
I take charge and make the decisions;
I lead them as a king leads his troops,
and give them comfort in their despair.
Because God watches over me and is always with me

Invite God if you are yet to my dear reader…

This brings to mind the scripture that says “…He is with you and shall be in you”. That we might come to know, become aware and fully embrace the consciousness of the indwelling presence of His person and much more his ‘manifest presence’ WITH us. He’ld walk with us, talk to us, dance with us, go to the job with us, sit right next to us in the crowded train, HE WILL HELP US with both the perceived ‘small’ and ‘big’ things of life; I mean, He can help us find our lost key just as much as He’ll help us decide whether or not to make the million dollar investment. I call Him the Holy Spirit – my helper, my stand by, He called along side to help me, my friend. I have embarked on a quest to develop ‘fellowship’ with Him and I invite you to join me. “Whats in it for you?”; I’ll only but ask this “What isnt in it for you when you have a friend that knows everything and EVERYTHING?” #fellowship
